Job: Customer care IT system Project manager

We are looking for a « Customer care » IT system Project manager (Contract)

She/He will design, manage the development, integration and deployment of DizzitUp’s multi-countries, multi-channel (web, voice call, SMS, USSD, e-mail and social media) « Customer care » integrated system that will let prospects and customers to:

  • Discover our offers and solutions
  • Subscribe/Buy them
  • Manage their services
  • Request for help

Experiences/Knowledge required :

  • Corporate Customer care IT project management
  • Customer care, Messaging center platforms
  • Telecommunications VAS platforms (SMS, USSD, IVR & Call center)
  • Software architecture & integration
  • IT project budget definition and management
  • Sub-contractors & remote developers management
  • Minimum of 3 years IT project management

We value PM who have real experience in integrating and deploying a full Customer care system around industry standards cloud services like Slack, Hubspot, Salesforces or Zendesk.
